A day at Institut Pengurusan Kesihatan

Assalamualaikum, I pray that you all are in best of health and blessed by Allah always insyaallah.

How are you guys doing? Hope having a great time. Recently, I just finished program with Institut Pengurusan Kesihatan Malaysia which is located at Jalan Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. The program was on Supervisory Leadership. It was attended by supervisors from various hospital around Malaysia which is about 100 people.

Those people were really great and cooperative through out the sessions. It was a half day training program but still we were really having a great time. Thank you to the organizer for having us and of course for the good meal :) .

As I mention earlier, this program is on supervisory leadership, so basically here are some tips on how to be a good leader:

1. Be sensitive to your subordinates/employees.
2. Don't assume problems as it self per say, consider it as a challenge.
   
3. Be details in your task.
4. Equip your self with essential skills such as problem solving, creative thinking and also management skills.
5. Be sincere in your action

A good leader will produce excellence employees who will deliver a high quality product and services to the company.

Let us all recall back to the famous tradition of the Prophet (s.a.w.)
(Each one of you is a leader and every leader will be ask of his leadership(responsibilities))

Not everyone is a born leader but everyone can be a leader. Think a bout it!
