Sebaik hiasan adalah wanita solehah

Terciptanya Adam sebagai insan pertama, Nabi yang terdahulu, membuktikan kekuasan Dia yang Maha Esa. Diajar dan dibimbing segala ilmu yang ada, moga menjadi ciptaan yang agung yang mulia. Lalu tunduklah sekalian Malaikat pada kekuasaan Dia yang Maha Esa.

Namun, jauh di sudut hati, terpalit rasa kesunyian, dambakan belaian kasih dan sayang. Lalu hadirnya Hawa melengkapi kekosongan dijiwa. Diciptakannya dari rusuk Adam, moga saling memahami membimbing ke jalan hakiki. Hadirnya Hawa mengisi kesunyian yang ada, mewarnai hayat dengan kasih dan sayang dibawah rahmat Dia yang Maha Esa.

Sesungguhnya wanita itu adalah hiasan agung di dunia ini. Namun sebaik hiasan adalah wanita yang memiliki iman dan taqwa, akhlak mulia pakaian diri, sopan santun hiasan diri, berbudi pekerti amalan sehair-hari. Sesunguhnya wanita itu mampu menggongcang iman dijiwa andai tanpa didikan yang sempurna. Wahai anak Adam, dalam mencari teman yang hakiki, pilih lah mengikut tuntutan Syari’, jangan mengikut pujukan nafsu sendiri. Pandanglah dengan mata iman dan taqwa, jangan memandang dengan mata hati yang melulu. Berwaspadalah, kerana pandangan itu adalah diantara panahan-panahan syaitan. Sesungguhnya dinikahi wanita itu kerana empat perkara: kerana kecantikannya, kerana keturunannya, kerana hartanya, kerana agamanya. Pilihlah kerana agama kerana itu pasti menguntungkan.

Jika ingin teman secekal Hajar,
Jadilah setabah Nadi Ibrahim,

Jika ingin didamping secantik Zulaika,
Jadilah secekal Nabi Yusuf,

Jika ingin isteri sehebat Khadijah,
Jadilah suami seperti Rasullallah,

Sesungguhnya rasa kasih dan sayang itu andai dibina atas dasar keikhlasan dihati, penuh tawakkal pada Illahi, nescaya berkekalan hingga abadi.

Sesungguhnya dunia ini adalah perhiasan semata,
Sebaik hiasan adalah wanita yang solehah,
Sebaik wanita yang solehah adalah isteri misali,
Melahir membimbing zuriat solehi,
Sebagai pewaris agama mulia lagi suci ini,
Terus membela nasib ummah ini,
Dalam mencapai kegemilangan didunia ini.

What leadership is all about?

People sometimes ask, how to be a good leader? or what exactly leadership is all about? or even how to be a good leader?. For me the answer is simple. Leadership is all about CONFIDENT. Being a leader, one need to has a confidence in one self without which one can not successfully lead others. Through confident its create enthusiasm and determination to work and eventually build respect from others. When you are confident with your self, people will listen to your message even though it is complicated. Compare to when you are not confident with your self, you can not convey the message effectively though how simple it is. Confident create trust and improve ones' credibility.

Knowing that, a person also has know what are the virtues of a good leader. For me, the virtues are CONFIDENT.


C : confident

O : open minded

N : neutral

F : focus- mission and vision

I : independent-self reliable

D : determination-strong courage

EN : enthusiasm –high spirit

T : tolerance

How to be a good trainer?

VIRTUES OF A TRAINER:

H : Honesty

Being a trainer, the important thing is honesty. One needs to be honest not just to him or her self, but also to others in general. Through honesty one can create trust among others.

O : Open

A trainer needs to have an open attitude which means open to others. Make your self approachable by others who want to seek your advice and consultation. Do not create barrios between your self and others.

N : Neutral

A trainer needs to be neutral. He or she must not bias to certain group or particular people. His or her ideas must be for the benefit of the society as a whole not for any personal interest. Biasness will create block which will create chaos in the management of the society.

E : Enthusiasm

A trainer must enjoy what he or she is doing as it will create confidant in one self. Through confident it will create enthusiasm to work. He of she is willing to work regardless of the challenges that he or she has to face.

S : Strength

Being a trainer one needs to have strength in three main aspects namely: physical strength, mental strength, and emotional strength.

T : Team work

The last important virtue is team work. Through team work people can achieve the impossibility. It creates bonding and mutual respect among others.

How to get people motivated?



Assalamualaikum, may you all are in good health and blessed by Allah always.

People always keep asking, how to improve the productivity of the company, how to increase the workers efficiency? How can I produce great result without making others going insane about it? The answer is you have to get them motivated in doing their jobs.

A leadership is an art of making others do something that you want it to be done because they want to do it.


Now, the problem is how to get them motivated?

Here a simple solution to it, get INSPIRED! The key to get them motivated is to get them inspired. Through inspiration, it will motivate them to work better and consequently increase the productivity. Now, the next question, what does INSPIRED means? Is it possible?
The word INSPIRED comprises of 6 elements:
  1. INTENTION(IN): you have to know where to begins, motivation comes from within. You can not force it upon someone. It has to comes from his/her own self. That the first thing that you have to mind set. Everything begin with the intention.
  2. STRENGTH(S): knows your own strength. Identify what area you are good at and improve it to be great. Focus on your strength not on your weaknesses. Develop it gradually from good to be great.
  3. POSITIVE(P): exercise positive reinforcement. Use positive force in daily works. This will help to stimulate them to increase their performance. It is a powerful tools to stimulate human performance. Such as show your appreciation and gratitude, like the word thank you, and sometimes praise; you look good today. People tend to neglect this though they know that this is important.
  4. REWARD(RE): deliver you reward. Give reward to your workers as a sign of appreciation for their efforts. Rewards is a powerful tools to make people to strive their best in their works. As the saying goes "you get what you reward". Workers tend to work better if their employee give them reward as this indicate that their efforts are not in waste. The reward could be in various form either monetary or material object. Your choice.
  5. DOA AND TAWAKKAL(D): At the last effort, we make doa or prayer to The Almighty Allah, may He open their hearts to be motivated. As He is the Ruler of all things in this world and hereafter, He is the all knowing. Doa also is important as in could bring spiritual and emotional balance in human life. It creates spiritual tranquility in human life.
So, to answer the question, how to get others motivated, just get INSPIRED!

Opportunity comes seldom, but once it comes grab it while you can because once its gone, you can never find it back. So choose wisely.

Its all about listening not merely hearing



Being a mentor is not as easy as it may sound. People always make mistake by assuming thing without prior knowledge of that thing. Due to that, he or she can not perform his duty as a mentor effectively and efficiently.

One thing that I would like to share when we talk about being a mentor is that one has to take the liberty of listening to his or her mentee. Many of us are hearing but few of us are actually listening. What is the different between listening and hearing? The simple answer is that hearing is when you hear something merely for the sake of hearing just like when you are hearing music. But listening, is you hear something and give prior attention to it and respond to it.

Being a mentor, you have to listen to your mentee. How to do it? simple, you just ask them simple question, such as what do you eat for breakfast? who send you to the programme? and etc. What should I do next? Just listen. Listen to their voice. Listen to their feeling. Why this is very important? This is because, by listening to them, it actually shows that you appreciate them, your concern towards them. This will create strong bonding between you your self as a mentor and them as mentees.

Moreover, this will help to create trust between mentor and mentee. Trust is very important in order to ensure effective mentoring. Trust is something that you can find or ask for, rather it is something that your have to earn it. So one way of doing it is by listening to them. If you want others to listen to you, you first must listen to them. Only then they would show their trust and at most respect to you.
